For more than 16 years, Natasha Hemmingway climbed the corporate ladder as a successful Fortune 500 sales leader. She was achieving everything she had worked for — until life took an unexpected turn. The heartbreaking loss of her newborn son, followed years later by earning a long-awaited promotion only to be laid off, forced her to ask a question many leaders never consider until everything changes: who am I when my title is gone?
