Hezbollah Is Terrorist.
And Lebanon’s Own Courts
Are Doing Its Bidding.
The Complaint Against Ambassador Nada Mouawad Is Not a Judicial Matter. It Is a Declaration of War on the Lebanese State.
A pro-Hezbollah lawyer files a complaint against Lebanon’s ambassador to Washington for implementing her government’s legitimate policy. A military court — with “limited resources” — finds those resources instantly. Meanwhile, nearly a ton of C4 explosives seized toward the capital registers as just another news item. So who, exactly, governs Lebanon today?
When an organization transports explosives and C4 toward the capital, and then legal arms are deployed around it to intimidate those implementing state policy — we are witnessing terrorism with different tools. The definition fits. The evidence exists. What is missing is a Lebanese state willing to name it.
This week, a pro-Hezbollah lawyer filed a complaint against the Lebanese ambassador to Washington, Nada Hamadeh Mouawad, based on a phone call reported by Israeli media and denied by Lebanese sources. The complaint reached the government commissioner at the military court. And the military court — which never seems to have resources when Hezbollah members need prosecuting — found them immediately.
Legal experts are clear: the 1955 law boycotting Israel does not apply to a state when it is determining its foreign policy and negotiating. So why does it remain a sword hanging over the heads of those implementing the state’s decisions? It was written in 1955. Lebanon’s sovereignty exists in 2026. These are not the same Lebanon.
Some will say the referral is merely a routine procedure, as judicial sources confirm. So be it. But when it becomes routine to prosecute an ambassador negotiating on behalf of the state, while the seizure of nearly a ton of explosives passes as if it were just another news item — then we are facing a different kind of routine altogether.
How can we trust the investigation into the death truck — or the death trucks — if the judiciary handling it is the same one before which this complaint is filed? The credibility of Lebanese justice cannot survive this contradiction. It is not a question of procedure. It is a question of loyalty.
“This isn’t about Ambassador Nada Mouawad, whom we respect, support, and stand by. It’s about a nation hijacked by a foreign power and its terrorist military proxy on Lebanese soil. A large part of the military and judicial systems is ideologically driven to serve the military arm of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in Lebanon.” — Elissa El Hachem · Faith & Freedom News · MTV Lebanon
- Does the state truly want to negotiate with Israel — or is it performing negotiations for foreign consumption?
- Does it understand the purpose of these negotiations? What is it trading, and what does it expect in return?
- Does it realize that those sitting across the table are no amateurs — and that every contradiction is noted?
- Does it understand that it is starting to look naked before the Lebanese people and the international community — after the military delegation refused to take a photo, after the lies about disarmament south of the Litani, after this complaint?
On March 2, 2026, the Lebanese government decided to ban Hezbollah’s military and security activities. That decision has not been implemented to this day. Either the government stands up and enforces its own decisions — or it has no right to call itself a state. Either you stand up and stop the collapse, or you all leave. All of you.
- Abolish the military court and dismantle it. It has been weaponized against the state it is supposed to serve.
- Repeal the 1955 boycott law immediately. It does not apply to a sovereign state negotiating its own future, and it is being used as a political weapon.
- Ban Hezbollah and declare it a terrorist organization in all its forms and manifestations — military, financial, political, judicial. The definition applies. Apply it.
- Implement the March 2, 2026 government decision to ban Hezbollah’s military and security activities. A decision not implemented is not a decision. It is a signal of capitulation.
