Christian Study Centre Featured on Discover Pakistan, Marks Independence Day
A new episode of Discover Pakistan spotlights CSC’s history and mission, as the Rawalpindi-based centre also extends its Independence Day greetings and renews its call for an inclusive, harmonious Pakistan.
The Christian Study Centre (CSC) has announced that its full programme is now available on Discover Pakistan, offering viewers an opportunity to learn more about the centre’s journey, vision, and longstanding work in promoting peacebuilding, interfaith harmony, Composite Heritage, social cohesion, and a culture of peace in Pakistan.
The programme also highlights CSC’s efforts to engage communities and contribute towards a more inclusive, peaceful, and harmonious society. The centre has invited its partners, friends, colleagues, and supporters to watch the full episode and learn more about its work and mission.
The episode explores the Christian Study Centre Rawalpindi, a historic centre dedicated to learning, dialogue, research, and understanding of Christian faith and heritage in Pakistan. It traces the centre’s history and cultural significance and its role in promoting education and interfaith understanding, as part of Discover Pakistan’s Churches of Pakistan series.
CSC Marks Pakistan’s Independence Day
On the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, the Christian Study Centre extended its warmest greetings and sincere prayers for the peace, prosperity, and progress of the country.
“Pakistan is a land of rich cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity,” the centre said in a statement. “Our strength lies not in uniformity, but in our ability to recognize, respect, and celebrate the diversity that forms our shared national heritage.”
As the Christian Study Centre, the organization reaffirmed its commitment to promoting peace, interfaith harmony, social cohesion, human dignity, and an inclusive Pakistan where every citizen can contribute to the nation’s development and enjoy equal rights, opportunities, and respect.
