One Faith, One Fellowship, One Hope

Nearly 200 Christian women from churches across Rawalpindi gathered in faith, fellowship, and unity for the Ecumenical Forum for Christian Women in Pakistan’s 3rd Annual Christian Women’s Convention.

Nearly 200 Christian women from churches across Rawalpindi gathered in faith, fellowship, and unity on September 26, 2026, for the Ecumenical Forum for Christian Women in Pakistan’s 3rd Annual Christian Women’s Convention, held at First U.P. Church, Raja Bazar, Rawalpindi.

Together, attendees celebrated the faith that inspires them to serve with compassion, stand for justice, and bear witness to Christ’s love in Pakistan. The convention brought together women from diverse congregations for a day devoted to shared worship, biblical reflection, and renewed commitment to unity across denominations.

Guest speaker Mrs. Gulnaz Noshad reflected on Proverbs 31:30, reminding the gathering that a woman’s lasting worth is rooted in her faith in the living God and expressed through service, compassion, and justice. A lively discussion followed, exploring women’s roles and participation in the Church through biblical narratives, with particular attention to passages in 1 Timothy, Ephesians, and Corinthians.

Established in 2023, the Forum continues its mission to promote unity among churches and encourage women to be faithful witnesses of Christ in Pakistan. Organizers said this year’s convention reaffirmed the Forum’s enduring purpose: one faith, one fellowship, and one hope shared across Rawalpindi’s Christian community.
