Justine Zwerling: Building Bridges Between Capital, Community and the Middle East
From the British Embassy in Tel Aviv to the London Stock Exchange and now a seat on President Herzog’s global leadership council, her three-decade career has run on one idea: connection that lasts.
1. A career of bridges
Some professionals build companies. Others build the roads between them. Justine Zwerling, an Israeli-British business strategist, belongs firmly to the second group. Her career stretches past thirty years and crosses Europe, the Middle East, Indo-China and Africa, helping startups, NGOs, investors and large corporations find their footing in new markets, especially the Gulf and Europe.
She describes her approach as a mix of financial and “unconventional” diplomacy: trade and investment on one side, cross-cultural trust on the other. Today she is Founding Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Infinita Club, and she also serves as a Council Member of The Voice of the People, a global Jewish-leadership initiative launched by the Office of the President of Israel. Her LinkedIn page sums up the common thread: turn ideas, capital and goodwill into outcomes that stay.

2. Leadership at Infinita Club
At Infinita Club, a London-headquartered advisory platform, Zwerling leads strategy and partnerships. The firm works with investors, boards, family offices, sovereign funds and founders at the moment capital has been committed but execution, governance or growth structures are straining under the load.
Its central belief is simple and a little uncomfortable: many capital losses are not caused by the market alone but by structural weaknesses that grow as companies scale. Its Systemic Growth Architecture™ ties four things into one operating system.
The four areas Infinita Club aligns to prevent “structural drift” from turning into capital loss.
Zwerling’s lane is the outside-facing one: capital markets, international partnerships and commercial diplomacy. She builds investor and market-access bridges between financial centers, particularly London and the Middle East. Around her sit Helena Frumson (Founder and CEO), Alon Alperovitz (organizational systems) and Omer Cohen (capital and finance).
3. A career built on market access
Long before Infinita, she was already opening doors. From 2016 to 2022 she was Head of Primary Markets, Israel, at the London Stock Exchange Group, working with companies, investors, banks, brokers and advisers on UK listings and IPOs. During the COVID-19 period she also worked with Israel’s Ministry of Finance on sovereign-debt activity.
Earlier, as Deputy Director of Trade and Investment at the British Embassy in Tel Aviv, she helped more than 350 Israeli companies set up in the UK. Before that came international business development at A4e, where she helped open branches in 13 countries and build a 120-person operation in Israel, plus donor missions for the JDC in the former Soviet Union and a stint managing the Jerusalem branch of the Israel Cancer Research Fund.
| Period | Organization | What she did |
|---|---|---|
| 2001–02 | JDC (The Joint) | Director of Former Soviet Union missions; led donor delegations |
| 2004–12 | A4e | Head of International Business Development |
| 2013–16 | UKTI / British Embassy Tel Aviv | Deputy Director, Trade and Investment |
| 2016–22 | London Stock Exchange Group | Head of Primary Markets, Israel |
| 2022–23 | Shore Capital Markets | Head of Middle East |
| 2026–now | Infinita Club | Founding Partner and Chief Strategy Officer |
4. Middle East diplomacy and business
Zwerling is a founding member of the UAE–Israel Business Council, created in 2020 to build commercial ties between the two countries across health, education, renewable energy and technology. She also co-founded the Gulf Israel Women’s Forum, which her profile describes as the first of its kind after the Abraham Accords.
Her mandate: connect capital and opportunity across financial centers.
5. The Voice of the People
In December 2024 she was named a Council Member of The Voice of the People, an initiative led by President Isaac Herzog that gathers 150 Jewish leaders from six continents to tackle the immediate and long-term challenges facing Jewish communities. Zwerling sits in the Counter-Antisemitism group, working on responses built from innovation, policy and cross-sector collaboration.
After the most recent gathering, Justine Zwerling shared a personal reflection on LinkedIn. Here is the post in full, as published (view the original on LinkedIn):
A staircase of light, love, our global Jewish family
Gratitude, kindness, collaboration for good
Founded by Office of the President of the state of Israel The Voice of the People the People is a global initiative that brings together diverse Jewish leaders to address some of the most pressing challenges facing the Jewish people through dialogue, generosity, collaboration, and action.
Last week was such an inspiring opportunity to reconnect, exchange perspectives, and reflect on the power of leadership, shared responsibility, and our collective future- hug, giggle, and build up together.
Gratitude for our one collective Global Jewish heart, beating stronger together. 🤍
6. Beyond business
Her work does not stop at the boardroom door. She is an angel investor and “Intergalactic Connector” at God’s Gang, a storytelling organization built around light, unity and joy. She sits on the board of Top Teff, a startup making teff-based foods more affordable and gluten-free, and she advised the women’s-safety startup SafeUP from idea stage through branding, funding and international recognition.
A proud mother and a dyslexic woman, she speaks openly about neurodiversity and has supported initiatives for neurodivergent people, people of determination and youth at risk. She also founded the Jewish Women’s Business Network.
7. Recognition
The industry has noticed. She ranked No. 12 on Jewish News’ Aliyah 100 list of British people who helped shape modern Israel, and won a UKTI award for record-breaking Israeli foreign direct investment into the UK in 2014–15. She appeared on the Algemeiner’s Top 100 People Positively Influencing Jewish Life in 2022 and on the HERoes Women Future Leaders lists in 2019 and 2020.
8. The unifying thread
Her contributions have been recognised internationally. She was ranked No. 12 on Jewish News’ Aliyah 100 list of British people who helped shape modern Israel, and received a UKTI award for record-breaking foreign direct investment from Israel to the UK in 2014–15. She appeared on the Algemeiner Top 100 People Positively Influencing Jewish Life in 2022 and on the HERoes Women Future Leaders lists in 2019 and 2020.
Advising a company on entering the Gulf, helping an Israeli business access London’s capital markets, supporting women-led initiatives, or strengthening global Jewish leadership, Zwerling’s work follows the same principle: build durable bridges. Her recent reflections with The Voice of the People make clear that, for her, diplomacy is not only commercial — it is also human, communal, and rooted in shared responsibility.
Her work is defined by a consistent theme: creating practical connections — between markets, investors, governments, communities, and people — so that ideas, capital, and goodwill can translate into lasting outcomes.
