Shalom, Salaam, Hello: In case you’re losing hope in Muslims, Christians, Jews, Druze & people of all faiths – in humanity – PLEASE DON’T! سلام שלום
We decided NOT to wait until after this horrific war, with 58 of our hostages still being held by terrorists for 588 days, before recognizing true leaders & unsung heroes, who stand by us. We are honoring, thanking, & celebrating our brothers & sisters of all faiths, who bravely stand by our side through this darkness, hand in hand, day & night, and bring light.
Our 120 heroes and heroines, builders of the Middle East and our Globe, bring light, hope, truth, and wisdom. The number 120 in Judaism means life—a full life. It can be lonely when you feel alone, isolated, and attacked at every corner, but we are not alone.
We honor one of those radiant lights: Drum Roll for our 47th Heroine Chaya Lev – SHE is a dynamic force in Israel’s cultural and wellness scene—a breast cancer survivor, Afro-inspired dance teacher, and unapologetically joyful storyteller. Originally from the U.S., she converted to Judaism and made aliyah in 2016 after overcoming aggressive breast cancer. In Israel, she founded the Chaya Lev Dance Movement, blending African rhythms, spirituality, and self-love to help others heal and express themselves through movement. Her classes, infused with humor and heart, encourage participants to embrace their bodies and rediscover joy. Chaya also shares her journey through comedy and storytelling, using her voice to uplift and connect communities across Israel.
Her beautiful name means Chaya (חיה), which means “life” or “living. It is a feminine form of the masculine name Chaim, which also means “life.” Lev is a Hebrew name meaning “heart” or “courage,”.
Her wise words, “Through every beat and breath, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about going back—it’s about moving forward with grace, power, and joy. The body never lies—when we let it move, we let the truth rise.”
With our hearts broken, terror, missiles, and antisemitism surrounding us, our resolve to Live, Love, and Build up only, never is – We choose to surround ourselves with Heroes and Heroines of light and rebuild a better, brighter world together. We are building a new future together, based on peace, friendship, culture, business, shared values, coexistence, and mutual respect.
Please join us in celebrating our Heroine, Chaya Lev. May your light continue to shine and inspire the globe. Mabrouk مبروك, Mazel Tov מזל טוב Thank you! hashtag#120heroes
