Advisory board members—including Luke Moon (The Philos Project), Ralph Reed (Faith & Freedom Coalition), Jay Stack, Dumasami Washington, Lauri Cardoza Moore (Proclaiming Justice to the Nations), Jeff Ballabon (ACLJ), and Natgan Diament (Orthodox Union)—led discussions on countering “concerning lies and disinformation … from the woke right.” Via Zoom, Ambassador-at-Large Designate for Religious Liberty Mark Walker, Special Envoy-Designate to Combat Antisemitism Yehuda Kaploun, and Yair Netanyahu joined, emphasizing the transatlantic bond and the need for Christian Zionists to speak with a single, decisive voice.
Ellie Cohanim, Senior Fellow at the Independent Women’s Forum and former U.S. Deputy Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism, praised the initiative on social media:
“✝️✡️🙏 Grateful for my good friends, leaders of the Christian faith community who have recently launched ‘The Conference of Christian Presidents for Israel.’ Yesterday I joined them in laying out plans for combatting the concerning lies and disinformation against Israel and the Jewish people we are witnessing from the ‘woke right.’”
Her post singled out pastors Mario Bramnick and Luke Moon, Ambassador-Designates Mark Walker and Yehuda Kaploun, William Daroff, and Jeff Ballabon for hosting the strategy session at ACLJ’s headquarters.

At the Heritage Foundation event, Rev. Dr. Johnnie Moore, Executive Chairman of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, challenged the United Nations to partner in delivering aid:
“If you want to join us in solving these problems together, we’re here waiting for you.”
Moore—whose foundation has delivered over 100 million meals to Gaza since May—warned that bureaucratic hurdles are “prolonging this war and further oppressing the Arab victims of Hamas.”
Tony Perkins, President of the Family Research Council (FRC), added:
“Thank you to The Heritage Foundation for hosting the Conference of Christian Presidents for Israel—a bold and united voice in support of Israel’s right to exist, its right to defend itself, and its right to govern the land entrusted by God.”
CCPI’s leadership stressed that Christian support for Israel is both a matter of faith and of American self-interest. As founder Tony Perkins and co-chair Luke Moon noted, the group will host a major pro-Israel rally on the National Mall this October, marking the second anniversary of October 7. With seasoned figures like Lauri Cardoza Moore and Ralph Reed at the helm, CCPI aims to mobilize churches, think tanks, and policymakers in shaping U.S. Middle East policy—and in ensuring that antisemitism finds no safe haven on either side of the political aisle.
The Conference of Christian Presidents for Israel, though emerging only in the past year, has rapidly positioned itself as a central hub for Christian Zionist advocacy in U.S. and Israel policy circles. At a time when antisemitism is increasingly identified with both ends of the political spectrum, CCPI casts itself as the ideological counterbalance to the “woke right”—emphasizing Christian support for Israel as an article of faith and American self‑interest.
Johnnie Moore’s partnership solidifies the blend of public policy and humanitarian action—yet also tethers CCPI to one of the most contested aid strategies in Gaza. As lawmakers and rights groups challenge GHF’s model, CCPI’s early integration of aid narratives may define its political credibility in coming months.
The CCPI has confirmed intentions to hold a pro‑Israel rally on the National Mall this October, marking the second anniversary of the October 7 attacks. (Announced at CCPI’s 2024 launch meeting.)
CCPI’s publicly stated goals include:
- Defending biblical rights to Judea and Samaria,
- Backing Trump’s Gaza Plan and Iran “maximum pressure” strategy,
- Combating antisemitism on U.S. campuses,
- Coordinating rapid response statements,
- Equipping allied institutions with messaging tools,
- Hosting in‑person and virtual briefings for policymakers and faith leaders. (CCPI mission, accessed July 2025)
With key partnerships across religious, political, and media lines, CCPI enters the fray with ambition: to reshape the pro‑Israel conversation—and the broader Christian witness on antisemitism—through consolidated leadership and public persuasion.
